Once you’ve found the perfect home to lease, you submit your rental application online. The application fee is $50 per adult resident (non-refundable). The application process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Once you’ve found the perfect home to lease, you submit your rental application online. The application fee is $50 per adult resident (non-refundable). The application process typically takes 1-2 business days.
Once you’re approved, we’ll confirm your lease terms to you within 24 hours, and set an appointment with you to execute your lease.
Before move-in, you will also be asked to submit utility confirmation and renter's insurance documentation naming New Start Home Rentals as “additional insured”. At move-in, we complete a thorough property condition report with you, walking through the home room-by-room.
